The dugout frame
-Fully welded aluminum dugout frame, ensuring an extremely stable construction.
-This aluminum dugout is uncoated, also known as raw (coating dugouts is primarily aesthetic, as aluminum does not rust).
-The dugout is delivered fully assembled, so you can use your purchase immediately.
-Height and depth dimensions: ± 2.05 x 1.5 x 0.9 m (height x top depth x bottom depth).
-The width of the dugout is configurable (two people per meter).
-If you are considering buying a dugout and an opening needs to be made in a fence or paving needs to be adjusted, it is advisable to contact customer service in advance for the exact width measurement.
-The standing height of the dugout is 2 meters.
-The front of the dugout frame is angled at 12 degrees to prevent rain ingress.
-The frame is entirely made of aluminum, which ensures it does not suffer from corrosion (if the dugout is placed in a coastal area, extra preservation may be desirable).
-Lightweight construction with 50 mm box section front beam.
-The sides of the side frame contain extra beams that provide more stability and prevent the side panels from rattling against the dugout frame.
Dugout cladding
-3 mm polycarbonate.
-Crystal clear and impact-resistant.
-UV-resistant.
-The polycarbonate sheeting is mounted to the aluminum frame with stainless steel screws.
-Rubber is used around all roof panels of the dugout to prevent possible leakage.
Dugout seating
-Approximately two adults can sit on the dugout bench per meter width of the dugout.
Dugout delivery and assembly
-Excluding mounting materials to anchor the dugout.
-You can choose to pick up the dugout at our factory and assemble it yourself. Would you prefer us to arrange transport and assembly for you? No problem, we are happy to do so.
