SKOR X HERACLES ALMELO

In 2024, Heracles Almelo switched from artificial turf to natural grass. This meant a major change for the club, as training could no longer take place on the main pitch. To offer players the best training opportunities, a brand new training complex was built next to the stadium. Heracles also wanted to create an innovative training track with additional sports facilities. SKOR furnished this performance track, fully tailored to the club's needs.

The challenge

With the transition to natural grass, the challenge arose to create a training facility for Heracles Almelo. The club wanted to create a training environment that went beyond just football. In addition, it needed to contribute to the physical and motor development of players. The goal: a modern training complex that contributes to the attractiveness of Heracles Almelo as a professional football club.

Our solution

SKOR has realized a complete performance track, designed according to the Athletic Skills Model (ASM). This model focuses on versatile movement and injury prevention and aligns perfectly with Heracles' vision on talent development. The training track is equipped with various sports facilities, including:

• Basketball hoops and posts
• Street sport goals
• Calisthenics equipment
• Strength training equipment
• Teqball table

This combination of sports facilities creates a dynamic and versatile training environment, where players can develop their physical capacities in a playful and functional way.
