Everything for fitting out a hockey pitch

A hockey facility consists of more than just the goals. The facilities for players, coaches and the public also determine how pleasant and professional a sports park functions. That is why SKOR offers various solutions for the pitch surroundings.

Think of match and training goals, dugouts for players and staff, stands for supporters and various accessories around the pitch. This way, individual components can be replaced, but the furnishing of a complete hockey accommodation can also be considered.

Also for Hockey 5s

Hockey 5s requires a different pitch layout than traditional field hockey. The compact playing field is surrounded by boarding, which keeps the ball in play and keeps the pace high.

SKOR has developed its own modular boarding system for this game format. The individual segments are lightweight, can be connected without tools, and are easy to set up and take down. This makes the boarding suitable, among other things, for hockey clubs that want to use Hockey 5s for training sessions, tournaments and events.

Hockey Projects in Practice

No two hockey accommodations are the same. The layout depends on, among other things, the type of field, the use, the available space, and the wishes of the club or manager. SKOR provides solutions for both individual components and complete hockey accommodations, from replacing hockey goals to furnishing the entire area around the field.

Complete field hockey facilities

A well-equipped hockey facility consists of more than just the playing field. Goals, dugouts, stands, nets, and other amenities also influence how practical, safe, and professional the venue functions. That's why SKOR supplies both individual products and complete solutions for hockey clubs, municipalities, and other sports park managers.

When furnishing, we look not only at what is needed but also at how the facility is used. A main field often requires different choices than a training or youth field. Factors such as intensity of use, available space, portability, and appearance also play an important role.

Hockey goals and hockey goal nets from SKOR

Within our assortment, you will find hockey goals for matches, training, and youth use. Which version is most suitable depends, among other things, on the level at which it is played and how the goal is used. A goal that is permanently on the main field, for example, has different requirements than a goal that is regularly moved during training.

Separate hockey goal nets are also available. This allows an existing goal to be fitted with a suitable new net without the entire hockey goal needing to be replaced.

Are you unsure which type of goal is best? In our guide to choosing the right hockey goal, we explain the different versions and key considerations in more detail.

Hockey dugouts for players and staff

A good hockey dugout offers players, coaches, and support staff a sheltered and comfortable place along the field. The choice is not just about the number of seats. The available space, the length and depth of the dugout, its position relative to the field, and the desired seating solution are also important.

Especially in existing sports parks, the available space is often already fixed. In that case, it is important that the dugout fits well with the existing situation and does not take up unnecessary space around the playing field.

Hockey stands for supporters

For supporters, we supply hockey stands in various sizes and designs. From compact seating solutions along a side field to larger stands for a main field with more spectators. The right stand depends, among other things, on the expected number of visitors, the available space, and the desired appearance of the facility. The color and design of the seats can also be matched to the club or the rest of the sports park.

Field hockey accessories

In addition to the larger components, there are various field hockey accessories that make the use of hockey goals more practical. Think, for example, of wheels for easy movement of hockey goals and net attachment systems that firmly and neatly attach the goal net to the goal. These components can be tailored to the type of hockey goal and how the goal is used at the facility.

Modular boarding system for Hockey 5s

SKOR also offers its own solution for Hockey 5s. This fast-paced game is played on a more compact field with boarding around the playing surface, keeping the ball in play longer. SKOR's modular boarding system consists of individual segments 2,000 mm long and weighs approximately 7 kg per segment. The components are coupled together without tools, allowing a Hockey 5s field to be quickly set up and dismantled after use.

This makes the system suitable for hockey clubs that want to flexibly use Hockey 5s for training, tournaments, events, or temporary playing fields.
