Ordered the wrong size or is a gift not to your liking after all? Returning products is no problem at all at SKOR. After placing your order, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Did you change your mind outside this period? Then unfortunately, returns are no longer possible

To exchange an item, return the order you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired product

Add the product, order number, and packing slip to the box! Download your shipping label HERE and stick it on the box. Drop off the package at a PostNL shipping point. Keep your proof of shipment safe!

• The item is in original, unused condition.
• The item is still in its original packaging.
• The item is undamaged.
• All original tags are still attached.

You cannot return the following products:

• Goals, dugouts, and other hardware that have been specifically manufactured to your specifications.
• Coated products
• Products purchased with a voucher and/or credit note.
• Teamwear with custom printing, such as initials or club badges.

Returning packages under 30kg is free within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For large transport, such as football goals and dugouts, transport costs are at your own expense. We will contact you about this.

Once we have processed your return and approved it, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation that your return is being processed.

• Redeemed vouchers and gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Assembly costs
• Transport costs for items heavier than 30kg. Both outward and return journeys are at your own expense.
