Clamping system consisting of aluminium clamping profile type pitch gripper H25
- Aluminium profile, 61x32mm
- Radius over which artificial grass mat rotates in aluminium profile: R=8mm
- Overlap with clamping edge of 5mm
- Clamping edge with radius 0.2mm
- Height difference in gutter is 5mm
- Opening in aluminium profile of 15mm
- 48mm depth for excess artificial grass mat
- Supplied in lengths of 7m
- Equipped with drill holes every 1m, for mounting to the paving alongside the field (optional without mounting holes H2)
- Drill holes 32mm from top of profile
- Profiles can be connected lengthwise by means of a connecting strip
- Artificial grass to be clamped with Rubberfix EPDM clamping rubber I-06066PS or with artificial grass clamping profile
2 mounting options:
- Option 1: Mount profiles on the side of a concrete slab or concrete curb by drilling them into place. No concrete mix is required.
- Option 2: Use inserts (1 piece per 2m). These can be placed over the existing concrete curb (on the inside of the field).
