Clamping system consisting of an aluminum clamping profile type pitch gripper N45

  • Aluminum profile, 98x40mm
  • Radius over which artificial grass mat rotates in aluminum profile: R=10mm
  • Overlap with clamping edge of 5mm
  • Clamping edge with radius 0.2mm
  • Height difference in gutter is 25mm
  • Opening in aluminum profile of 23.5mm
  • 58mm depth for excess artificial grass mat
  • Supplied in lengths of 6m
  • Equipped with drill holes every 1m for mounting to the paving along the field (optional without mounting holes N4)
  • Drill holes 50mm from the top of the profile
  • Mount profiles on the side of a concrete slab or concrete curb by drilling them in place. No concrete mortar is needed
  • Artificial grass to be clamped with Rubberfix EPDM clamping rubber ART0000596 or with artificial grass clamping profile
