Construction and Stability
Circle for discus throwing, sealed for installation in the ground. The ring consists of two sections of robust steel with reinforcement, which are bolted together to maintain the correct shape. This ensures an approved diameter of 2.50 m.
Versions
The standard circle has a height of 50 mm and is approved by World Athletics.
The reinforced circle has a height of 70 mm and is certified by World Athletics under number E-99-0095.
Ease of Use and Placement
The pre-cast concrete element is suitable for permanent installation in the athletics track. Thanks to its dimensionally stable construction, the throwing circle remains stable and accurately positioned.
Certification
The discus ring meets the requirements for official athletics facilities and is suitable for use at competition level.
