SCORE X SPARTAAN'20

For RKSV Spartaan'20 in Rotterdam-South, SKOR contributed to the furnishing of the renovated main pitch. SKOR supplied and installed various furnishing materials around the club's new infill artificial grass pitch. The pitch is now fully equipped for intensive use by the club, which has been in existence for over 100 years.

The challenge

The request was to furnish the renovated main pitch in a practical, durable, and complete manner. The materials had to be suitable for the intensive use by the football club and contribute to a presentable sports environment.

Due to the artificial grass pitch, a clever solution was needed to keep as much of the infill as possible within the playing field. For this, the Infill Guard system was used.

Our solution

SKOR supplied and installed pitch grippers for anchoring the new artificial turf. In addition, two fixed football goals with foldable net supports were installed, and a corner flag set was supplied for further field outfitting.

Along the sideline, dugouts with 7-meter Meranti benches were installed. These dugouts provide players and staff with comfortable seating during matches and training sessions.

The Infill Guard edge board system helps to keep the infill of the artificial turf field within the enclosure and contributes to a neat finish of the field.
