Features
- Weatherproof finish: the container, rig, and storage systems are electrolytically galvanized and/or powder-coated for protection against rust and various weather conditions.
- Modular design: the setup includes integrated storage systems and training components. The layout can be adjusted based on the desired training application.
- Material and finish: standard equipped with three outdoor stickers and sprayed in a RAL color of choice. Material: galvanized steel, stainless steel, and recycled rubber (for accessories), among others.
- Portability: due to its compact size, the container is relatively easy to move or temporarily place. Supplied including mounting materials (M12 EV).
Storage systems
Both sides of the container are equipped with identical storage elements (1700 x 500 x 2350 mm), constructed from 60x30x3 mm square tubing in RAL9005. Each side contains:
- 1 dumbbell rack for 5 dumbbells
- 4 closed shelves for weights and accessories
- 1 open shelf for quick access
- 1 hook rack with 5 hooks (suitable for ropes and bands)
Outdoor rig training possibilities
The container is equipped with a galvanized steel rig (type S235JR) all around, with adjustable feet. The following components are included:
- Dip station
- Wall ball point
- 2 pull-up bars
- 3 pairs of J-hooks
- 2 pairs of catchers
- Landmine unit
- Climbing rope attachment
- Attachment point for double punching bag
This setup allows for various forms of strength, cardio, and functional training.
Regulations
Our setups, consisting of a container with a fixed steel rig, are developed and installed in accordance with EN 16630:2015 (NEN-EN 16630), the European standard for permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment. This standard ensures safety in terms of construction, free space, fall height, usage instructions, and periodic inspections.
For SKOR setups, the container is not part of the fitness area but serves solely as a storage unit. This ensures that our systems fully comply with European safety requirements for outdoor fitness. The other components are designated as non-publicly accessible zones.
